Be our next Sales Admin Assistant/Supervisor!

This position actively oversees the administrative aspects of sales operations, ensures seamless execution of sales processes, and provides support to the sales team.

The Main Responsibilities Of a SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT/SUPERVISOR Include

  • Processing of Dealership WS, unit delivery schedules, CSR requests.
  • Preparation of daily retail and wholesale report, updating of BAIC calendar of activities, gate pass and VDR for units, consolidation of unit delivery photos.
  • Monitoring of inventory report and submission to brand head and Chairman, legal and audit department.
  • Preparation of sales report for AAP registration, updating of SMR.
  • Processing of dealer sales incentive and marketing request documents, including coordination for disbursement of funds.
  • Coordination with marketing on sales information requirements (e.g. Autodeal sales program, price list, MIAS, monthly sales memos, inventory status and push models.
  • Management of petty cash fund, including requests for disbursement and replenishment.
  • Coordination of WS and RS report with dealers for BOS and internal monitoring files.
  • Preparation of slides and tables for monthly Mancom report.
  • Management of departmental expense report, liquidation of advances, processing of reimbursements.
  • Monitoring dealer releases and FB page posts, in compliance with sales incentive claim requirements.
  • Management of demo unit motorpool, including maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness.
  • Updating dealer manpower and inventory report.

Working pattern and location:

  • Join Date: July 2025
  • Employment Type: Full-time Employee
  • Work Location: On-site
  • Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
  • Workdays: Monday - Friday
  • Location: 728 A. Bonifacio Ave., Balintawak, Quezon City, Philippines.

To be successful in this role you must be

  • A college graduate of 4 - year business course, or equivalent working experience.
  • Exposed in automotive sales admin for 1 to 3 years.
  • Excellent in communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office programs, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • An individual with the ability to drive an advantage.
  • Excellent in planning and organizational skills.
  • Pleasant and able to get along well with people.
  • Flexible with job and task requirements.
