Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Makati. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, generating leads, and handling client communications. The role will involve identifying business opportunities, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements while achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and creating positive client experiences
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining strong business relationships
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and identifying new opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and related tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
