Guided Imports is an American-owned freight forwarder headquartered in Shenzhen, China. Since 2012, we've been the trusted logistics partner for businesses shipping cargo from China to the U.S.

We create tailored freight forwarding and project logistics solutions by understanding our customers exact requirements and objectives. Our goal is to deliver reliable, high-quality service across Air, Sea, and Land freight, including Import & Export Customs Clearance and International Freight Forwarding, ensuring every shipment arrives on time and without delay.

About the Role

The Sales Account Executive is a key point of contact between Guided Imports and our clients. You'll engage with prospects and customers through calls, emails, and meetingsoffering advice, answering questions, and presenting logistics solutions that meet their needs.

From day one, you'll receive full training and access to all necessary tools to help you succeed. We're looking for a goal-oriented, self-driven salesperson who enjoys connecting with customers, follows structured workflows, and values collaboration and feedback from our Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Identify and cultivate potential customers to generate new business.
  • Use LinkedIn, cold calls, and email to contact and qualify leads.
  • Monitor shipment statuses, resolve delays or discrepancies, and keep clients informed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client information in our CRM for forecasting.
  • Track progress toward sales goals and report activities and results to management.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in sales, cold calling, lead generation, or logistics. Logistics experience is required. TMS experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Language: Fluent in English

Benefits

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am 6:00 pm (New York time). Follows the U.S. holiday calendar.
  • Work Arrangement: Fully remote.
  • Salary: USD 750 per month + Commission Plan.
  • Contract: Indefinite-term contract.
