Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Sales Officer located in Metro Manila. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships especially the B2P clientele, identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Client Relationship Management: The Sales Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact. They must thoroughly understand clients business needs and objectives to develop customized account strategies
  • Sales and Account Development: Achieving sales targets is a primary focus, requiring the Sales Officer to identify opportunities for account growth, implement sales campaigns, and effectively close agreements. They are also responsible for preparing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Strategic Partnership Development & Fulfillment: Architect, conceptualize, and design bespoke partnership programs and client-centric solutions tailored to meet specific business objectives. Proactively lead and coordinate all pre-launch activities, managing the end-to-end preparation of all necessary requirements (including contracts, marketing collateral, and operational workflows) to ensure flawless implementation and fulfillment.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Regular reporting on account status and sales forecasts is a key responsibility. The Sales Officer must also ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Working collaboratively with colleagues from various departments is crucial. They share knowledge, best practices, and contribute to strategic planning sessions aimed at improving overall performance. The Sales Officer supervises his team and other sales related employees to ensure the growth and expansion of company sales and networks.

The Following Are Strict Qualifications For The Sales Officer

  • A College Graduate of any marketing or business courses preferably business management or administration, marketing, etc.
  • Preferably 2-4 years experience in Sales and/or Partnerships.
  • Experience in Food and Beverage industry is a plus.
  • Good grammar and writing skills are necessary.
  • Candidate should be tech and communications savvy.
  • Pleasing personality goal-oriented and has an attitude eager to get the job done efficiently, effectively, and properly.
