Job Title: Sales Account Executive
Job Summary
The Sales Account Executive (Construction) is responsible for generating sales, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the companys construction products, services, and solutions. This role requires knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and project workflows, while driving revenue and supporting business growth.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, engineers, and project managers
- Present and promote construction products, materials, or services to potential clients
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and technical documents for client approval
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals in alignment with company policies
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs in construction projects
- Coordinate with project and technical teams to ensure timely product/service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project pipelines
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Attend industry events, site visits, and client meetings as required
- Perform other tasks related to sales and business development in construction projects
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- With or without experience; fresh graduates with sales internship or training in construction are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, or project workflows is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and travel to project sites when needed
