Areas of Responsibilities:
- Constant collaboration and intervention with Security, IT, Admin on SOP and Audit
- Ensuring that the client governance structure aligned with CTS is effectively
- implemented
- Business Continuity Planning and execution with GBS Client and CTS Corp Sec
- (disaster recovery)
- IT Asset Management (validation and approval)
- Collaboration with HR to ensure timely closure of BGV associates
- Develop and maintain project risk management and mitigation plans
- Reviewing company policies before implementation
- Conducting Internal Audit
- Ensuring onboarding and offboarding procedures are adhered in a timely manner
- Constant client communication
- Generating of recurring reports
