The Technical Resilience & Change Management Analyst supports the stability, recoverability, and controlled evolution of LexisNexis products, services, and infrastructure. This role helps strengthen operational resilience by coordinating continuity and recovery planning, resilience testing, impact analysis, and infrastructure change governance. The analyst works across technology, operations, security, product, and business teams to reduce service disruption, improve recovery readiness, and ensure changes are implemented in a controlled and low-risk manner.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Resilience
- Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of technical resilience, service continuity, and recovery plans.
- Analyze application, infrastructure, network, data, and third-party dependencies that affect service resilience.
- Help define and maintain recovery objectives, including RTOs and RPOs, aligned to business needs.
- Coordinate disaster recovery exercises, tabletop simulations, failover tests, and recovery validations.
- Track findings, lessons learned, and remediation actions to improve resilience maturity.
- Support major incident response, service recovery coordination, and post-incident improvement activities.
Change Management
- Support the governance of infrastructure and technology changes to minimize operational disruption.
- Assess change impact, risk, testing readiness, rollback plans, and implementation controls.
- Work with IT and operational teams to ensure changes are properly reviewed, approved, documented, and executed.
- Monitor adherence to change management policies, standards, and best practices, including ITIL-aligned processes.
- Maintain records of change requests, risk assessments, implementation outcomes, and supporting documentation.
Risk, Governance, and Collaboration
- Assist with resilience and continuity risk assessments for systems, services, and major initiatives.
- Support alignment with internal policies, audit requirements, and operational resilience or business continuity standards.
- Produce reports, metrics, and updates for stakeholders and leadership.
- Partner with engineering, cloud, network, security, service management, facilities, and business teams to strengthen resilience and coordinated response.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Experience in IT operations, infrastructure, business continuity, disaster recovery, service management, change management, or a related role.
- Understanding of enterprise technology environments, including applications, cloud, infrastructure, databases, and networking.
- Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Strong analytical, documentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of resilience, continuity, or IT service management frameworks such as ISO 22301, NIST, or ITIL is an advantage.
