Job Description

Job Summary

The Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies across The Bistro Group's restaurant brands. This role ensures optimal pricing, promotions, sales forecasting, and performance analysis to maximize revenue and profitability across all stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies for all TBG brands to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales trends, guest traffic, menu performance, and competitor pricing to recommend pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Manage menu pricing, product mix, discounting, and seasonal campaigns to maximize profitability.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Operations to plan promotions, bundles, and campaigns that drive sales.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance dashboards and forecasts.
  • Identify revenue opportunities across stores (e.g., underperforming branches, high-margin items, peak/off-peak optimization).
  • Monitor performance of delivery platforms (Grab, Foodpanda, etc.) and optimize pricing, ads, and visibility.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance to ensure pricing strategies align with food cost and margin goals.
  • Conduct competitor scans and market research to support pricing and menu strategy decisions.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of promotions and provide insights for improvement.
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing across POS systems, menus, delivery aggregators, and internal platforms.
  • Support new store openings with demand forecasts and pricing recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 24 years experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, FP&A, or Business Analytics (preferably in F&B or retail).
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills; highly proficient in Excel.
  • Experience working with POS data, sales dashboards, or analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and strategic thinker.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in restaurant or retail industry is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with delivery platforms and their analytics (GrabFood, Foodpanda).
  • Knowledge in menu engineering, demand forecasting, and price elasticity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
