Job Responsibilities:
Revenue
- Updates recording of unidentified bank credits
- Coordinates with OPS for final count billings
- Maintain accurate billing records
- Provides computation of lost POS terminal charges to be billed to clients
- Prepares AR Aging Report-Corporate Schedule
- Prepares Other Receivables and its reversals-Corporate Schedule
- Prepares FS Schedules Related to Revenues
- Internal Recon Contra Invoice Clean-Up (FOR IR/FOR IC)
- Prepare Monthly Trade schedule
- Respond to billing inquiries for corporate accounts via email Other task that may be assigned from time to time.
FP&A Functions
- Responsible for providing accurate and data-based financial insights, forecasts, and reporting to drive informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop, monitor, and update annual budgets and forecasts.
- Partner with business units to create and validate monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts.
- Identify and communicate variances between actual performance and forecasts.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, trends, and business drivers.
- Analyze revenue, cost structure, margin, and profitability by business unit and segment.
- Provide variance analysis, identifying key trends and insights to improve business performance.
Pricing:
- Work closely with the sales team to provide support on pricing inquiries, including custom pricing requests.
- Regularly review and refine pricing policies, discount structures, and terms to ensure consistency and profitability.
- Develop and maintain pricing models that incorporate costs, market data, and desired margins.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc pricing reports for senior management, including profitability, discount analysis, and price performance.
- The above area of responsibilities may vary from time to time in accordance to the Company's business needs.
Job Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and financial planning and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Amenable to work in Makati City.
