Job Description

SimplerQMS is a scale-up SaaS company providing life science eQMS Software that helps medical device and pharmaceutical companies work efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements and regulations.

We are growing internationally and are looking for a full-time Sales Operations Manager to work remotely with our team in Denmark, The Philippines and the USA.

As the Sales Operations Manager, you will build and own the operational backbone of our Sales organization. You will design processes, optimize tools, ensure data accuracy, and help leadership make smarter, faster, data-driven decisions.

This is a high-impact, strategic, and hands-on role. You will be both the architect and the operator: rolling up your sleeves to implement new systems while also shaping GTM strategy at the leadership table.

You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to build scalable workflows, reliable reporting, and a strong GTM foundation as the company accelerates.

To succeed in the role, you must have an upbeat, self-starter personality, good IT user skills, and a customer/solutions-oriented mindset.

About the Job

CRM Ownership & Data Infrastructure

Own our CRM (Pipedrive) including configuration, optimization, automations, and reporting

Drive CRM governance: data hygiene, field structure, activity tracking, and pipeline accuracy

Proactively develop dashboards for Sales Leadership, Marketing, CSMs, and Executive teams

Ensure alignment across the full customer lifecycle (lead opportunity closed-won onboarding)

Sales Process Design & Optimization

Proactively define and standardize scalable sales processes across SDR AE CSM motions

Build lead routing logic and qualification frameworks (e.g., MQL SQL Opp processes)

Create documentation, SOPs, workflow maps, and playbooks

Proactively identify friction points and recommend process improvements

Sales Analytics & Forecasting

Build and manage forecasting models across segments and territories

Analyze funnel performance: conversion rates, velocity, capacity, pipeline coverage

Provide insights and recommendations for weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews

Partner with Finance on targets, quota, compensation modeling, and revenue planning

GTM Tech Stack Management

Evaluate and manage tools including: Pipedrive, Aligned, tl;dv, Apollo, etc. and reporting platforms

Own integrations across Marketing, CS, Product, and Finance systems

Proactively implement automation to reduce manual tasks and improve rep productivity

Sales Enablement Support

Support new rep onboarding with processes, playbooks, dashboards

Maintain sales content, battle cards, templates, and talk tracks (in partnership with Sales/Marketing)

Coordinate ongoing training to improve adoption of tools and processes

Strategic GTM Partner

Partner with Sales Leadership to refine go-to-market strategy, segmentation, and coverage models

Support pricing/packaging initiatives and deal desk requests as needed

Provide insights that continuously improve the revenue engine

Help build the future RevOps team as the company scales

Qualifications

3-5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM administration (SaaS experience required)

Hands-on CRM expertise (Pipedrive preferred) including workflows, automations, and reporting

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus

Experience building dashboards, forecast models, and funnel analytics

Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable sales processes

Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A builder mentality - comfortable owning the idea generation and implementation of the solution

Excellent communication and people skills

Fluent in English

Nice-to-Have Experience

Experience in Life Sciences, QMS, or regulated industries

Prior experience as a founding Sales Ops hire or in early-stage SaaS

Knowledge of revenue operations tools (Pipedrive, Aligned, tl;dv, Apollo, etc.)

Exposure to pricing, deal desk, or sales compensation processes
