AT A GLANCE
The Retail Designer / Visual Merchandising Specialist will work collaboratively & cross-functionally between different departments to
conceptualize & strategize in-store displays, special promotions, & general visual merchandising materials. Ensures that final designs are visually appealing & on-brand, prepares print deliverables for production, & oversees implementation in stores.
YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
Strategic Planning and Collaboration
▪ Develop and execute visual merchandising plans that align with brand aesthetic and retail goals
▪ Ensure consistency in brand presentation across all retail locations, including flagship stores, pop-ups, and
partner retailers.
▪ Create and update planograms for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal changes
Store & Display Management
▪ Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure displays meet brand standards, providing feedback and action plans as needeed
▪ Manage and maintain visual merchandising inventory, including fixtures and marketing materials
▪ Train retail teams on best practices for visual merchandising
Cross-functional Collaboration & Trend Research
▪ Work closely with the Marketing, Retail, and Design teams to develop creative and effective in-store displays
▪ Collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement, signage, and promotional displays for better
engagement and sales
▪ Stay updated on global and local beauty retail trends continuously improve the in-store experience

YOUR TALENT
▪ Proficiency with design software such as Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), &
SketchUp
▪ Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia
▪ Good communication skills including the ability to present thoughts and creative ideas
