Role Description The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mandaluyong, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring a high-quality guest experience. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and maintaining service and cleanliness standards. The Restaurant Manager monitors inventory, coordinates with suppliers, and ensures food and beverage offerings meet brand and safety requirements. The role also involves handling customer feedback, resolving service issues, supporting hiring and training efforts, and implementing promotions and initiatives to drive sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to manage guest concerns professionally and effectively.
• Experience in Hiring and team supervision, including training, performance monitoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with staff, management, and guests, and for clear documentation and reporting.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including basic food safety, quality standards, and menu execution.
• Prior experience in restaurant or food service management is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as operationally required.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
