This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development Chemist, based in Cebu. The R&D Chemist will be responsible for formulating, testing, and improving chemical solutions and coatings, conducting research to develop new products, performing laboratory experiments, and maintaining high standards for quality control. The role also includes troubleshooting issues related to product performance and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Strong background in Research and Development (R&D) and product formulation
• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and techniques essential for chemical analysis and experimentation
• Understanding of Coatings and their applications
• Knowledge and application of Quality Control processes
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate data and improve product performance
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
• Prior experience in the chemical, coatings, or manufacturing industry is an advantage
