The
Team Head is responsible for leading a team of Relationship Managers and Service Officers who serve the banking needs of
large and middle market corporate clients, including local conglomerates and multinational corporations. This role plays a critical part in building long-term client partnerships, driving portfolio profitability, and ensuring excellent customer experience, while operating within the bank's policies and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Service Officers handling large and middle market corporate clients
- Cultivate trust-based partnerships and serve as a key banking partner for existing and prospective corporate clients
- Grow portfolio profitability by delivering timely, appropriate, and innovative financial solutions
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business and revenue targets
- Ensure positive and consistent customer experience across all client interactions
- Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, and risk management guidelines
- Participate in the evaluation, presentation, and review of portfolio accounts for initial approval and periodic ongoing reviews
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated banking solutions
