Cebu Summa Water Lapu-Lapu, Inc. (CSWLL) is a water solutions provider focused on delivering sustainable water infrastructure to address the growing demand for clean water in Lapu-Lapu City. Established in 2019 under a Joint Venture Agreement with the City of Lapu-Lapu, CSWLL is developing and operating a Desalinated Water Supply and Distribution Project. This large-scale initiative, managed by its parent company Summa Water Resources, Inc., includes a state-of-the-art Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) system capable of supplying up to 60 million liters per day of desalinated water. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Specialist, based in Lapu-Lapu. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing journal entries, and utilizing accounting software effectively. The role also includes supporting the finance team's operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with internal and external accounting standards. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities are essential as the role involves critical contributions to financial decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Practical experience with Accounting Software and Journal Entries
• Strong foundation in Finance and excellent Analytical Skills
• Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is an advantage
• Prior experience in the water utility or infrastructure industry would be beneficial
