About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Reliever Customer Relationship Officer who will beresponsible for the effective and efficient customer service relative to handling of new/existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for processing the account opening. This involves collecting the KYC documentations and requirements, verifying the customer's identity, and ensuring that all required information is accurately recorded in the bank's systems.
- Responsible for the discussions and explanations of the terms and conditions of the account to the customer and answer any questions they may have pertaining to the account opening.
- Responsible and accountable for the record updating and account maintenance of the existing clients. This involves building relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing excellent customer service.
- Responsible for the handling of all term deposit maturities of the day, that the Client has been informed of their maturities and negotiated that the account shall be retained and renewed for another term. Negotiation involves requesting for approval of a more competitive rates.
- Responsibly handle the accurate data entry of client's information on bank's information system.
- Responsible in handling and securing approvals of account deviances and continues monitoring until fulfilled, this will ensure compliance with complete, accurate and timely submission such as but not limited to KYC.
Required Competencies and Skills
- Must have an in-depth knowledge in branch operations specifically with know-how in handling sales & marketing, customer service and customer complaints.
- Must possess a strong negotiation skill, can communicate well in both oral and written form of communications
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of banking and financial product regulations is a valuable; results driven and easy to come up with sound and fair decision and judgement.
- Must be proficient in using MS Office applications
