Role Description
Looking for an Instructional Support Administrator to support education and training operations through high‑volume communication, coordination, and administrative support.
This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and experience working in fast‑paced BPO or support environments.
Qualifications:
• Comfortable handling high‑volume inbound and outbound communication
• At least 1 year of experience in education, program coordination, or administrative support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service and/or quality assurance (QA) background
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• BPO experience is required or strongly preferred
