Job Description

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and onboarding. This role ensures that the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent aligned with organizational needs and culture. The Recruitment Specialist works closely with hiring managers and the HR team to support workforce planning and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Attraction
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Create engaging job postings to attract qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screening & Selection
  • Review resumes, assess candidate qualifications, and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Administer assessments and background checks as needed.
  • Hiring Process Management
  • Ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Prepare job offers and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and updated recruitment records and reports.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR for seamless onboarding and employee integration.
  • Employer Branding & Recruitment Analytics
  • Support employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.) and prepare reports for management review.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
