We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist (Contractual) to support high-volume hiring requirements and ensure the timely delivery of qualified candidates. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and maintaining a positive candidate experience within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsement of candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit based on role requirements and organizational culture
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles
- Ensure timely interview scheduling and coordination with candidates and interviewers
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide regular recruitment status updates and reports to stakeholders
- Drive a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups
- Support job posting creation and employer branding initiatives when required
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes, policies, and documentation requirements
- Assist in ad hoc recruitment projects and hiring drives as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably high-volume or BPO/shared services hiring
- Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
