Good day,

I am looking for a Recruitment Specialist/Technical Recruiter (Direct hire) - Makati office

Qualifications

At least 1 year experience in Technical and end to end recruitment.
Proficient in Hiring, Recruiting, and sourcing qualified candidates.
Experienced in conducting effective and professional Interviewing and evaluation techniques.
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and candidates.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and organization.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage.
Relevant experience in talent acquisition or human resources is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.

The Recruitment Specialist will focus on managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. They will collaborate with various teams to identify talent needs and implement strategies to attract top candidates. The role also involves conducting training for new hires and ensuring all recruitment activities align with best practices and company policies.
