Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Recruitment Specialist to support corporate and support-function hiring. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for non-agent roles such as management, shared services, IT, HR, Finance, Workforce, and Operations support. The successful candidate will manage sourcing, screening, coordination, and hiring activities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end corporate recruitment from requisition intake to offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other digital channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (phone or virtual)
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring stakeholders
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and tracking reports
  • Support offer preparation and onboarding coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and data privacy standards
  • Meet agreed hiring targets and turnaround times

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proven experience hiring corporate / non-agent roles
  • Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a work-from-home setup
  • Reliable internet connection and a private home workspace

Preferred

  • Experience supporting high-volume or specialized corporate hiring
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
