Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Recruitment Specialist to join our team at our Bulacan office in an on-site role. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within the company. Additional responsibilities involve developing and implementing recruitment strategies, maintaining a candidate pipeline, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires. This role is key to attracting high-caliber talent and supporting the company's growth and success.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
  • Ability to develop recruitment strategies and effectively communicate with hiring managers
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open roles and maintain a candidate pipeline
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
