About the role
We are seeking a driven and innovative Recruitment and Integration Officer to join our dynamic team at Styrotech Corporation. In this full-time role based in Meycauayan City, Bulacan, you will play a critical part in attracting top talent, delivering a positive candidate experience, and enabling new employees to transition effectively into their roles and the company culture.
What you'll be doing
A. Recruitment
- Manage and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to job offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and specifications.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across various channels (job portals, referrals, social media, etc.).
- Review and assess applications, conduct interviews, and lead the end-to-end selection process.
- Facilitate the preparation and presentation of job offers to selected candidates.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
- Drive a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
B. Onboarding and Integration
- Oversee completion of pre-employment requirements and documentation.
- Plan and manage onboarding schedules and new hire orientation programs.
- Ensure completion and compliance of onboarding checklists and documentation.
- Partner with departments to ensure readiness of tools, access, and workspace.
- Monitor and support new hires during the onboarding and probationary period.
- Conduct structured post-deployment check-ins through monthly KUMU Session.
Process Improvement and Reporting
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements to recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Track, analyze, and report key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, early attrition, compliance).

- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and applicable labor regulations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve hiring efficiency and onboarding effectiveness.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 23 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR operations, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Experience in handling high-volume hiring an advantage.
- Certified Targeted Selection Interview is preferred but not required.
- Passion for talent management and a commitment to creating a positive candidate experience.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
