About the role

We are seeking a driven and innovative Recruitment and Integration Officer to join our dynamic team at Styrotech Corporation. In this full-time role based in Meycauayan City, Bulacan, you will play a critical part in attracting top talent, delivering a positive candidate experience, and enabling new employees to transition effectively into their roles and the company culture.

What you'll be doing

A. Recruitment

  1. Manage and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to job offer.
  2. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and specifications.
  3. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across various channels (job portals, referrals, social media, etc.).
  4. Review and assess applications, conduct interviews, and lead the end-to-end selection process.
  5. Facilitate the preparation and presentation of job offers to selected candidates.
  6. Ensure accuracy and timely updating of recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
  7. Drive a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

B. Onboarding and Integration

  1. Oversee completion of pre-employment requirements and documentation.
  2. Plan and manage onboarding schedules and new hire orientation programs.
  3. Ensure completion and compliance of onboarding checklists and documentation.
  4. Partner with departments to ensure readiness of tools, access, and workspace.
  5. Monitor and support new hires during the onboarding and probationary period.
  6. Conduct structured post-deployment check-ins through monthly KUMU Session.

Process Improvement and Reporting

  1. Identify gaps and recommend improvements to recruitment and onboarding processes.
  2. Track, analyze, and report key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, early attrition, compliance).

  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and applicable labor regulations.
  5. Provide insights and recommendations to improve hiring efficiency and onboarding effectiveness.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 23 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR operations, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Experience in handling high-volume hiring an advantage.
  • Certified Targeted Selection Interview is preferred but not required.
  • Passion for talent management and a commitment to creating a positive candidate experience.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
