Job Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Marketing
- Proactively source and attract top talent through targeted marketing and sourcing campaigns.
- Implement strategic marketing plans to draw the best candidates from the market.
- Write and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms including job boards, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn), company website, and email marketing (EDMs).
- Develop and nurture relationships with candidates to build a strong talent network and generate referrals.
- Candidate Screening & Quality Assurance
- Conduct thorough candidate screening in line with company processes, including interviews, reference checks, background verification, and qualification validation.
- Assess candidates to understand their skills, qualifications, and motivations fully.
- Identify and address any potential risks or concerns that may affect client satisfaction.
- Delivering Job-Ready Candidates
- Ensure candidates are fully prepared and meet all requirements before presenting them for job opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system, including coding positions and crafting candidate profiles to facilitate timely placement.
- Actively manage the candidate database for quick access to suitable candidates.
- Candidate Aftercare
- Coordinate candidate onboarding and payroll readiness to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with candidates to foster long-term relationships and candidate retention.
- Update internal systems with all necessary candidate information to support payroll and compliance requirements.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Build strong working relationships with business development, operations, and shared services teams to deliver seamless recruitment services.
- Provide daily updates on active positions, candidate shortlists, and any potential issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Submit qualified candidates for reverse marketing initiatives to proactively match talent with current and prospective clients.
- Systems & Procedures Compliance
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards in delivering recruitment services.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in data entry within the recruitment management system to support efficient communication and reporting.
- Complete and submit weekly success tracking reports on time.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or related roles, preferably 2-3 year of experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (experience with Vincere or similar systems preferred).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to delivering quality service.
