BettingJobs is working with a well-established Asian iGaming group seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join their team based remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, workforce plans, and hiring priorities.
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards (e.g., LinkedIn), referrals, and other innovative channels.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent.
- Analyse hiring metrics and recruitment data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or higher).
- 15 years of experience in HR functions, preferably focused on recruitment.
- Proficient in using job boards and recruitment platforms for sourcing and candidate management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
- Demonstrates urgency, accountability, responsibility, and ambition in achieving goals.
- Able to prioritise tasks effectively and complete assignments efficiently and accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify challenges and develop proactive solutions.
