Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- at least 6 months to 1 years of experience as a recruiter
- Familiar with the recruitment process (posting, sourcing, scheduling up to interview)
- Familiar with different platforms
- Teachable, willing to learn
- Willing to start ASAP
Job Responsibilities
- Post job advertisements and source qualified candidates.
- Resume screening and initial phone screens
- Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidate
- Process background checks
- Maintain candidate database
