What You'll Be Doing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating with clients, and closing hires
- Execute strategic headhunting for niche and volume roles
- Build and manage talent pipelines across multiple international markets
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to deliver consistent placement success
- Meet performance targets in a high-velocity, fully remote environment
Must-Haves
- At least 3 years of headhunting and/or volume hiring experience
- Candidates with 3+ years of recruitment experience or fresh graduates from top state universities with Latin honors are encouraged to apply.
- Clear and excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Willing to work US Eastern Time hours
- Amenable to attend quarterly company/team gatherings
- Stable internet connection and working laptop
