Experience: 1-2 years of recruiting experience (Note: might be better to target 3-5 years of experience, there is a level of autonomy required for this role).
Ability to source candidates through job boards, referrals, community outreach, and resume databases.
Ability to conduct phone screens and interviews effectively.
Ability to follow standardized hiring workflows.
Team-oriented but able to operate independently.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates.
Roles to handle: Mostly warehousing positions, general labor, or manufacturing, maybe sales roles in the future
Tools: Nothing particular is required but will use Linkedin Recruiter, zoominfo for contact gathering, Indeed Smart Sourcing
Very light client facing tasks (will inform client if candidate cannot make it in interviews, etc.)
KPI: 1 to 2 placements a month is ideal
Will have access to training courses related to recruitment
