About the Role

We are looking for a US Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles across different industries. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates while working closely with hiring managers and clients to meet hiring objectives.

This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles across assigned client accounts.
  • Source qualified candidates using various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, availability, and compensation expectations.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and real-time endorsement tracking to ensure timely hiring progress.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Actively recruit passive candidates through outreach, networking, and relationship-building strategies.
  • Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers regarding requisition updates, pipeline status, and hiring timelines.
  • Present qualified candidates using the required client format and documentation standards.
  • Provide insights on US labor market trends and talent availability when needed.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates for future hiring needs.

Required Skills

  • At least 12 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably in an RPO or agency environment.
  • Proven experience recruiting US-based candidates across different industries.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience conducting phone and virtual interviews.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
