As a Senior Recruiter, you will support the staffing needs and ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services. You will manage the recruitment process from start to finish by developing talent pipelines and certifying candidate alignment with client roles. Your strategic efforts in identifying niche talent for complex roles will be crucial to our team's success. Collaborate alongside consultants to execute position requirements and nurture strong client relationships. Operating remotely on a day shift schedule, you'll lead the way in delivering top-notch candidates to meet business demands.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 3+ years of recruitment experience within an agency environment
• Proven expertise in specialized recruitment areas such as Insurance, Manufacturing, or Infrastructure
• Advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Proficiency in CRM/ATS tools with strong database management standards
• Strong skills in candidate assessment for both technical and cultural fit
• Experience working within KPI-driven and performance-centric settings

Strong Signals

• Proven ability to manage complex and high-priority roles
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
• Understanding of both permanent and contract placement dynamics
• Strong capability in market mapping and competitor analysis

Recruitment Expertise

You will refine strategic sourcing methods and optimize the recruitment process.

• Implement diverse sourcing strategies including referrals and database mining
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and assessments
• Uphold compliance and documentation requirements efficiently

Client and Team Engagement

Foster robust relationships and streamline communication to contribute to team success.

• Coordinate seamlessly between clients and candidates for a smooth interview process
• Support onboarding and integration for new team members
• Drive team engagement and flag performance concerns when necessary
