Job Description

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years of recruiting experience (Note: might be better to target 3-5 years of experience, there is a level of autonomy required for this role).
  • Ability to source candidates through job boards, referrals, community outreach, and resume databases.
  • Ability to conduct phone screens and interviews effectively.
  • Ability to follow standardized hiring workflows.
  • Team-oriented but able to operate independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates.
  • Roles to handle: Mostly warehousing positions, general labor, or manufacturing, maybe sales roles in the future
  • Tools: Nothing particular is required but will use Linkedin Recruiter, zoominfo for contact gathering, Indeed Smart Sourcing
  • Very light client facing tasks (will inform client if candidate cannot make it in interviews, etc.)
  • KPI: 1 to 2 placements a month is ideal
  • Will have access to training courses related to recruitment
