Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 13 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the BPO or shared services industry.

Strong understanding of BPO roles, hiring metrics, and recruitment best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
