The Role

As an HR/Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Manage job postings on various platforms and social media.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.

Team Structure: You will work closely with the HR team and report to the HR Manager.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
