Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in recruiting, staffing, talent research, or candidate generation (agency or in-house), preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, following a global service delivery model.
  • Effective English business communication skills, written and oral, plus any regional specific languages.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and with proven ability to build and maintain strong virtual and in-person relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in using HR systems (such as Workday Recruiting and other Applicant Tracking Systems), communication tools (such as Zoom), and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Must be flexible to work various shifts and/or extended hours in support of timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all recruitment administration, including CV capture, requisition management, ATS updates, pre-employment screening support and onboarding support for junior level hires.
  • Communicate proactively with junior candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, addressing queries and status updates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates across all seniority levels within Company.
  • Manage employment offer process and supports the junior new hire onboarding activities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and guidelines, particularly regarding immigration and work authorization.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors; keeping them informed on processes.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Company, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
