Overview
The Talent Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to meet the company's staffing needs and drive its growth. His/her primary focus will be on sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions across different departments.
What Will You Do
- The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in human resources, business
administration, or a related field.
- Must have proven experience as a Talent Recruiter or in a similar role, with a
successful track record of hiring top talent.
- Must be familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Must have strong knowledge of modern recruitment practices and sourcing
techniques.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with
candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple job
openings simultaneously.
- Must be adept at assessing candidates soft and technical skills to match them with
the right positions.
- Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Must be amenable to working on flexible work schedule, as needed.

- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to proactively identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
- Interviewing: Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates, assessing their skills, competencies, and motivation to ensure they align with the role's requirements and our company values.
- Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using our applicant tracking system, ensuring efficient recruitment workflow.
- Employer Branding: Promote our company's positive image as an employer of choice through various means, enhancing our appeal to potential candidates.
- Collaborative Hiring: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs, providing guidance on best practices and recruitment strategies.
- Recruitment Marketing: Assist in creating compelling job descriptions and engaging recruitment content to attract qualified candidates and increase the company's visibility in the job market.
- Offer Management: Coordinate and extend job offers, negotiating terms when necessary, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs and talent growth.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement
