Property Specialist

Shang Properties, Inc. (SPI), listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange since 1991, has been prominent in property investment and development in the Philippines since 1987. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Specialist located in Pasig. The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing customer interactions, providing excellent customer service, handling sales of residential and commercial real estate properties, and maintaining client relationships. This role involves conducting property tours, preparing sales documents, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
• Proven Sales skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in property management or real estate sales is a plus
