Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Specialist based in Taguig, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Property Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as engaging with clients, showcasing properties, and negotiating sales. Responsibilities include promoting residential and commercial real estate offerings, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to establish trust and address client needs effectively
- Experience or knowledge in both Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
- Proven Sales abilities, including negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in building and maintaining relationships with a wide variety of clients
- Highly organized with a goal-oriented mindset to meet sales targets
- A background in the real estate industry or related certifications is a plus
