This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Property Specialist, based in Taguig. The Property Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting and selling residential and commercial real estate properties, and assisting clients throughout the buying process. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, generating leads, and meeting sales targets. The role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market and an ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster client relationships and maintain customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of Commercial and Residential Real Estate markets and trends
• Proven ability in Sales, including lead generation and closing deals
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and effective at working independently or as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in real estate sales is an advantage but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
