Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Premier Property Specialist located in Metro Manila. The Premier Property Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales for both commercial and residential real estate properties. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with potential clients, conducting property showings, preparing sales documents, and coordinating with other team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
• Proven Sales skills and a track record of meeting sales targets
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Metro Manila is a plus
