Ayala Land International Sales, Inc. (ALISI) was incorporated in March 2005 as the exclusive sales and marketing arm of Ayala Land, catering primarily to the Overseas Filipino market. ALISI specializes in promoting and selling real estate products developed by Ayala Land, Inc. and its subsidiaries.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an International Property Specialist, based in Makati with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves promoting and selling Ayala Land's residential and commercial real estate properties to clients locally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate
• Proven expertise in Sales and achieving targets
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and adept at working in a hybrid work environment
• Willingness to travel to represent the company
• Sales experience in real estate is a plus
