Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Specialist at Ortigas Land Corporation, located in Pasig. The Property Specialist will be responsible for selling residential and commercial real estate properties, engaging and building relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and developing sales strategies. The role also involves coordinating with clients to address their inquiries, showcasing potential properties, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Communication and Customer Service, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate markets.
• Proven experience in Sales and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• High level of initiative, professionalism, and dedication to delivering client satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry in the Philippines is a strong advantage.
