Role Description

This full-time onsite role, based in Quezon City, involves working as a Property Specialist at Shang Properties, Inc. Responsibilities include promoting and selling residential and commercial properties, managing client inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and assisting prospective buyers through the sales process. The role requires building and maintaining strong client relationships and understanding market trends to meet sales goals efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
• Excellent customer service abilities, ensuring client satisfaction and trust
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate markets
• Proven sales skills, preferably with experience in real estate or property sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work in an onsite role in Mandaluyong City
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
• Experience in a similar role is highly desirable but not required
