Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Specialist, located in Metro Manila. In this position, the Property Specialist will identify and connect with potential clients, sell residential and commercial real estate properties, and build lasting client relationships. Daily responsibilities include conducting property presentations, assisting clients through the buying process, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role involves strategizing and implementing sales plans to meet and exceed targets, as well as staying current with market trends and property listings.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive client relationships
• Experience or knowledge in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
• Proven Sales skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive attitude
• Familiarity with the Metro Manila real estate market is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred
