Role Description
We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our team in a full-time hybrid capacity, located in Manila with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing pricing strategies using advanced tools, analyzing data to develop pricing insights, and collaborating with the finance and sales teams. You will assess market trends, track competitor pricing, and support strategic pricing decisions to optimize property revenue.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Data Analysis to interpret trends and provide actionable insights.
- Effective Communication skills to clearly articulate findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge in Finance and understanding of revenue optimization and financial modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with Sales strategies and market positioning to align pricing activities with business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in pricing software tools and advanced Excel skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
