Role Description

Megaworld is seeking a full-time Property Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bulacan. This hybrid role combines on-site work and remote flexibility. Responsibilities include identifying and securing clients for real estate properties, delivering high-quality customer service, managing relationships with potential buyers or lessees, and ensuring successful sales or lease transactions. The Property Specialist will provide clients with professional advice on residential and commercial real estate and actively promote properties in line with sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Knowledge and experience in Residential Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate markets
• Proven Sales expertise with the ability to achieve sales targets and build client relationships
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work efficiently in a hybrid setup
• Familiarity with the Philippine real estate market, particularly within Taguig, is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
