  • Promote and sell Alveo Land properties to prospective clients
  • Generate leads through online platforms, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct property presentations, virtual or face-to-face meetings, and site tours
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options
  • Assist clients throughout the sales process, from inquiry to closing
  • Prepare sales documents and coordinate with internal teams when needed
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on current projects, pricing, and real estate market trends
  • Participate in company meetings, training, and sales activities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Fresh graduates welcome; sales experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, presentable, and client-oriented
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated
  • Good negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using social media for marketing
  • Willing to work on a commission-based structure and on weekends
  • Real estate experience is an advantage
