Property Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Makati for a Property Specialist. The Property Specialist will be responsible for marketing, presenting, and selling Ayala Land Premier properties to prospective clients. Tasks include client prospecting, building relationships, providing market information, coordinating site visits, and achieving sales targets while delivering a superior client experience. Collaboration with sales leadership and colleagues to execute marketing strategies and achieve set objectives is also integral to this role.

• Proficiency in sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Capability to research and analyze market trends and client behavior
• Experience in marketing strategies and property selling practices
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• A positive and professional attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional client service
• Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
• Licensed Real Estate Professional is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or any related field
