Role Description The Property Specialist – Megaworld at The Fort is a full-time role based in Taguig. The role involves actively promoting Megaworld's residential projects, conducting property presentations, and guiding clients through the end-to-end sales process. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, responding to inquiries, scheduling and conducting site trippings, and providing professional advice on available units and investment options. The Property Specialist maintains strong client relationships, coordinates with internal teams for documentation and transaction processing, and meets sales targets while upholding Megaworld's service standards and brand reputation.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate to provide informed property recommendations.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Relevant experience in real estate, property sales, or related fields is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig, manage schedules, and perform fieldwork when needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Basic proficiency in digital tools and social media platforms for marketing and lead generation.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is an advantage.
