Company Description Ayala Land International Sales, Inc. (ALISI) is the international sales and marketing arm of Ayala Land, Inc., focusing on promoting and selling a wide range of real estate products, including land, buildings, condominium units, townhouses, apartments, and house-and-lot packages. Established in 2005, ALISI serves markets within and outside the Philippines, particularly the Overseas Filipino community, through brands such as Ayala Land Premier, Alveo Land, Avida Land, and Amaia Land. The company has expanded globally through roadshows, large overseas events, and a strong broker network supported by digital engagement via online chats, social media, web banners, and mobile applications. ALISI maintains permanent offices in key international cities including San Francisco, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other major locations worldwide, providing broad exposure and opportunities for real estate professionals.

Role Description The International Property Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Makati, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves promoting and selling Ayala Land properties to local and overseas clients, including residential and commercial projects, through client meetings, property presentations, and participation in events and roadshows. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting consultations to understand client needs, preparing and presenting proposals, and guiding clients through reservation, documentation, and closing processes. The specialist coordinates with internal teams and brokers to ensure accurate property information, updates clients on project developments, and maintains comprehensive records of client interactions and sales activities. The role also includes using digital platforms, social media, and online tools to reach prospective buyers, build relationships, and achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and provide responsive, professional support.
  • Candidates should possess Sales skills and a results-oriented mindset to generate leads, convert prospects, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge in Residential Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate to confidently present property options and advise clients on investment decisions.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency with digital tools and social media platforms to market properties, nurture leads, and manage online inquiries.
  • Relevant experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property consulting is highly beneficial, preferably with international or Overseas Filipino markets.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field is advantageous, along with strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Makati, attend events and roadshows as needed, and adapt to different cultures and time zones is important.
