Property Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Specialist for Ayala Land Premium based in the Philippines. The Property Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting Alveo Land and Ayala Land Premier properties, and assisting clients throughout the sales process. Daily responsibilities also include managing client relationships, coordinating property viewings, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role entails understanding market trends and providing excellent customer service to potential and existing clients.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills, including the ability to strategize and execute campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and fostering client relationships.
• Negotiation and presentation expertise to guide clients through the purchasing process effectively.
• Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in market research and knowledge of real estate market trends in the Philippines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields is advantageous.
• Experience in the real estate industry or sales is a plus but not required.
